This Privacy Policy explains how TalentDraft collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you use our website, signup flows, recruiting workspace, and related services.

TalentDraft is built for sourcing, candidate review, collaboration, and recruiting operations. Because of that, some information you provide to us or process through the service may relate to candidates, hiring teams, and business contacts.

We collect account and profile information such as your name, work email, company, password credentials handled by our authentication provider, signup source information, and communication preferences.

We also collect workspace and product usage information, including organization details, team membership, imported candidate profile data, questions, AI review activity, notes, uploaded documents, and billing-related metadata.

When you use TalentDraft to import candidate profile information, you instruct us to process profile, experience, company, and related recruiting context through our service and approved providers. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to collect and process that information.

Candidate data may include names, headlines, locations, public profile URLs, employment history, education history, documents, and AI-generated review outputs created within TalentDraft.

If you use the TalentDraft browser extension on supported LinkedIn pages, the extension reads the LinkedIn profile URLs and related candidate details shown on those pages in order to let you import candidates into TalentDraft.

The extension sends only the information needed to verify your TalentDraft session, load your available roles, remember lightweight extension preferences such as dock position and last selected role, and queue imports you explicitly trigger. The extension does not require access to unrelated websites or browser history.

We use information to provide the TalentDraft service, create and secure accounts, power importing and AI review workflows, manage subscriptions, support collaboration features, communicate about the product, and improve reliability and performance.

If you consent to receive product updates or marketing messages, we may use your email address to send onboarding guidance, feature announcements, and occasional promotional communications.

We use service providers to operate TalentDraft, including hosting and database providers, authentication tools, payment processors, email providers, candidate import providers, and AI providers.

For example, TalentDraft may use providers such as Convex for application infrastructure, Dodo Payments for subscription billing, Apify for approved import workflows, and AI providers to generate review outputs. These providers process information on our behalf under applicable contractual and operational controls.

Payment card and billing details are processed by our payment processor and billing providers, not stored directly by TalentDraft except for limited subscription metadata needed to manage your plan, seat count, invoice state, and billing history.

We may store billing contact details, subscription identifiers, plan status, billing interval, and other related commercial data in order to enforce access and manage subscriptions.

We may use cookies, session technologies, and similar tools to keep you signed in, secure accounts, remember product preferences, and understand how the website and app are used.

Where required by law, we will obtain any necessary consent for non-essential cookies or tracking technologies.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with legal obligations, and protect the security and integrity of TalentDraft.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

You can update certain account information inside TalentDraft. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages.

TalentDraft and its service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we take steps intended to support lawful international data transfers.
